Nicole Kuntz is an artist originally from Minnesota and is currently based in Chicago, Illinois. She is a graduate of the Minneapolis College of Art + Design with a BFA in Photography.
Nicole’s work explores spaces that elicit feelings and connectedness. Her images bring one’s attention to the often overlooked relationship between urban life and the persistence of nature. Pedestrian scenes begin to reveal unspoken narratives as Nicole’s photographs implore an intentional minimalist gaze. In the captured moments, one is forced to pause and contemplate the intertwined relationship of memory, humanity and nature.
